Refund policy
RETURN POLICY
• Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• All approved returns will be issued as store credit, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (see “Damages and Issues” section).
• Returned items must have their original tags intact and be in unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
• Items with deodorant stains, odors, or any other visible damage will not be accepted.
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Items marked as final sale, including sale items and gift cards, are not eligible for return or exchange.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
• Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
• For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, customers are eligible for a full refund as per Klarna’s requirements.
• Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
REFUNDS
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your return.
• If approved, a confirmation email will be sent, and a store credit will be issued, unless the return qualifies for a full refund (see “Damages and Issues”).
• Refunds for defective, damaged, or incorrect items will be processed to the original payment method.
GIFT CARDS
• Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Please contact us for more information regarding the allocation of funds for gift cards (e.g., what percentage of the card value is retained by the store versus available to the customer).
